Hello and welcome! I'm so glad you're here. With over 20 years of experience in the media and TV industry as a hair and makeup artist, I became increasingly aware of the connection between appearance and overall well-being. This awareness led me to transition into health and wellness, where I focus on the importance of caring for both the body and mind to support overall well-being.
My journey into holistic health began with a mindfulness based stress reduction [MBSR] course in 2016, which led me to complete a teaching qualification in mindfulness techniques. This experience motivated me to study various subjects in the health and wellness industry, broadening my knowledge and understanding.
My approach is all about open conversation and support. Together, we'll discuss your health and wellness goals in a friendly environment that feels safe and non-judgemental. I believe that every effort you make toward enhancing your wellbeing is worth celebrating, and I'm here to guide and support you as you gain clarity and confidence.
